The main feature, which makes it different from the other, is the INFRARED HEATING ELEMENT. Medium Wave Infrared radiation is the mode of transmission of energy via electromagnetic wave. Heat is transmitted directly in the firm of electromagnetic rays, at velocity of approx. 300,000 Km/sec. i.e. at the speed light. IR is therefore not only the fasted from of the heat transfer, but also suitable for particular demanding applications such as vacuum technology and clean room condition.

Infrared heat is energy efficient as compared to other heat sources because it is applied directly on product. Medium wave emitters are suitable for all applications requiring speedy rise of temperature in the shortest possible time. A special cooling system is provided to maintain outer surface of the furnace at ambient temperature.
